E Komo Mai Appartments

E Komo Mai Apartment complex is a 45-unit low income rental housing project originally built in 1971. The building renovation included a unit inspection report, ADA & building code upgrades and the replacement of worn finishes and items requiring maintenance. Two 3-story buildings, exterior walkways, parking lots and landscaping were replaced or altered to meet current building codes, accessibility requirements and maintenance concerns. A photovoltaic system was also added to reduce energy costs.
