Lokenani Hale Elderly Apartments

This four-story, framed construction, affordable senior living apartment is situated in the old Maui town of Wailuku. The building is designed to comply with the Wailuku Redevelopment Area Zoning and Development Code. This project received Maui Redevelopment Agency approval as well as Maui County Council approval of 201G-118, Hawaii Revised Statutes Affordable Housing Application. Executed as a Design-Assist project, the contractor played a key role at the beginning of the design stage to provide input to keep within budget.
