Riverside Apartments

The Riverside Apartments project involved the renovation to (74) units that were originally built in 1972. One-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units were upgraded along with the parking lot and landscaped areas. The renovation included ADA and building code upgrades in addition to the replacement of worn finishes and items requiring maintenance. Playground equipment and a barbecue area was added to enjoy the outdoor space next to the Wailuku River. A rental office was also added into the structure in a thoughtful way.
