Located on a 3.3 acre lot in the heart of Kakaako, The Collection is a mixed-use residential and commercial project developed by The Collection LLC, a subsidiary company of A&B Properties Inc. The development includes a 397-unit 43-story condominium, a 54-unit four-story mid-rise building, 14 townhomes, five commercial spaces totaling 12,987sf and a six-story parking structure which provides 921 on-site parking spaces. Amenities within the project include a flexible fitness center, yoga room, movie theatre, multi-purpose room, club room with kitchen, pool, spa, barbecues, pavilions, bike and surfboard storage, lockers, and a dog run.
Design Partners Inc. worked in collaboration with Chicago-based Pappageorge Haymes to develop and incorporate planning and design principles in support of the growing neighborhood.
