The Courts at Lanai City is an affordable rental project consisting of 48 units, achieving a site density of 24 units per acre. The eleven 2-story buildings are sited around two landscaped courtyards which creates places for residents to play and interact, as well as provide amenities such as barbeque areas and laundry facilities. Constructed of concrete slab-on-grade and structural steel framing, these buildings are built for low maintenance.
