Since the developer purchased the property after a previous developer had stopped construction, the structural integrity of the existing built structure had to be validated. Originally designed to have 44 units, the developer revised the program to have 35 units consisting of 5 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom units. It was also a challenge to work within the existing approved building permit and regulations of the site.
